Fidelity National Title Insurance Company Acts as Title Insurer
for $382 Million Transaction
DALLAS, TX -- Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s Dallas National Title Services office provided title insurance and escrow closing services for various entities of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company in the sale of the following Dallas suburban office assets for $382 million.
The sale included:
- Palisades Central I (including adjacent land parcel), and Palisades Central II
- 125 E. John Carpenter,
- The Addison,
- The Aberdeen,
- Greenway I, IA, and II,
- MacArthur Center I and II
- 3333 Lee Parkway
- Stemmons Place.
