Fidelity National Title Insurance Company Acts as Title Insurer for $445 Million Transaction

DALLAS, TX -- Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s Dallas National Title Services office acted as the title insurer for Crescent Real Estate Equities in the sale of five resort and hotel assets and a single office asset for $445 million. The sale included: Ventana Inn & Spa in Big Sur, California, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado, Denver Marriott City Center in Denver, Colorado, Renaissance Houston Hotel in Houston, Texas, Omni Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas, and Austin Centre in Austin, Texas.
