Fidelity National Title Insurance Company Acts as Title Insurer for $877 Million Transaction
DALLAS, TX -- Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s Dallas National Title Services office acted as the title insurer for ING Clarion Partners, LLC, on behalf of three institutional clients in the acquisition of Apple Hospitality Two, Inc. for approximately $877 million. The acquisition included 63 upscale extended-stay hotels in 24 states. The properties operate under Hilton’s Homewood Suites brand and Marriott’s Residence Inn brand.
