TIMOTHY HARDIN RECEIVES NATIONAL RECOGNITION

MAY 13, 2009 - The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) has just elected to its membership G. Timothy Hardin of Dallas, Texas. Tim manages and acts as counsel for Fidelity National Title Services in Dallas.

Tim is one of fewer than thirty attorneys from around the country elected to ACREL this year. As practicing attorney and closing agent for three decades, Tim has been named a Texas Super Lawyer in 2004, 2005 and 2008. He has held a number of leadership positions with the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association and is a frequent writer and lecturer on real estate and title insurance topics.
