Pamela Medlin

Pamela (Pam) Medlin brings almost 20 years of real estate legal
and title closing experience to Fidelity NTS. She began her
career with Tim Hardin at Lawyers American Title, before
transitioning in 2001 to Fidelity National Title Services.

Pam’s title insurance career began with her involvement with
loan workouts primarily of Texas properties. She later handled a
number of dispositions of commercial properties by
Resolution Trust Corporation and similar entities.

As Pam’s career advanced, she handled an increasing number of
portfolio transactions involving office buildings, apartments,
medical office buildings and banking centers. Many of these
portfolios involved properties located in multiple states and
included customers such as Bank of America, ING Clarion and
Sarofim Realty Advisors.

Pam’s extensive background in closing commercial transactions
is complimented by her exceptional people skills, her adeptness
in understanding the financial aspects of a real estate
transaction and her ability not to lose sight of the many
details involved in closing a commercial transaction.
